Like how is this not permabannable, i didnt int or flame, just had a bad game, and this dude was just flaming me non-stop for having less cs than a top pantheon with ignite and corrupting potion, so i assume he does this to everyone with bad games, why is he not banned already?
shrugs How are we supposed to know? Maybe he's had a 14 day ban and is about to get permad. Maybe he doesn't do that to everyone that does bad and this is a first offense. Idk. If he keeps it up though, he will get perma eventually. In conclusion, it's not allowed.
you scratched out the wrong name. name shaming is not allowed. also you don't always get notified about bans. it should be an automatic 14 if they piece it together otherwise a 25-chat ban. but yea he'll get perma eventually if he keeps it up
