Allowing the enemy to see if your mid is really toxic

At the end of the game allow both teams to access each others chat history. This way when two players both say that the other is toxic the enemy doesn't just leave and actual toxic players aren't punished, but may consider to quickly glance at the chat logs to see who is telling the truth.

Why? Only one report is needed to trigger a review of the game.

It doesn't matter if they know or not - if you know that they were toxic, report, and it gets flagged. More reports doesn't matter.

No one cares. 1 report is the same as more.
