Norscout 7 day ban for nothing?
Norscout posted a gif that was someone else's FEK avatar for over a year....
Why in the blue actual fuck was he given a seven day ban for that?
Something that was allowed on boards for over a year....

I feel like OP doesn't understand FEK.
FEK is not policed by Riot. You should take it up with the FEK moderators if you have a problem with someone's avatar.

So there are a couple things to clear up here. To start, Norscout didn't receive a ban. The messaging received was incorrect; it was just a warning that was sent.
As for the image itself, I'm having it reviewed. I don't know that it's worth removing unless there's an inappropriate context to it, which wasn't the case here that I can see.
Finally, as others have said, FEK is not part of the Boards. If you use FEK and see an avatar constantly, that doesn't mean we're looking at it constantly. Mods may occasionally check FEK, but it doesn't mean we're actively monitoring it. That being said, we do keep an active eye on its development for features that can be used to evade Boards rules. If something suddenly becomes an issue, or players start using its features in a way that breaks the rules here, we'll look into changing our moderation stance in regards to it.

if the thread is big enough they wont actively look for bad content to ban
which is why you can get away with posting bannable material in the fek thread
but i have seen the gif you are talking about and it has been posted several times it doesnt show nipples so i dont see why they would ban him in the first place
