Should their be a way to combat tilted players in the pre-game?

This is not the first time I've had this happen, I usually tell myself that "hey at least no one else will have to deal with this guys BS for a couple of games" but wouldn't it be nice if there was something pre-game your team could do to combat jokers like this one, or reward the players that swap rolls with players like this one?

What if there was a way a team could vote to revoke the autofill protected status prior to the start of a game? or What if there was a way to grant another player the autofill protected status for swaping rolls?

I know this one would never happen. What if 4 out of 5 people on your team could vote for a rematch and to get put back into the queue?

Thoughts?

Well, we could get rid of autofill. It causes more problems than it solves.

I have no solution to this problem. First idea I don't understand how that would work. Second idea I don't think would really solve anything. Third idea, hmmm... maybe, but too abuseable?

I figured out how the transferring of auto-fill protected would work. In the declare your champ phase you can trade positions like you would champions at the end of champ select, and then the auto-fill protection would just swap with it.

Oooh, not bad. Hmmm. Only problem I could see would be salty people who got refused, even though it's so petty, I guarantee it would result in people spiting the person who refused them in some trolly way. Idk if that's a good reason to not do it though. I mean, it could be said of anything pretty much. Not a bad idea.
