Can you get rewards after 2 week ban?
I had a 2 week ban for flaming too much and i can't get any rewards now. Main reason i play league is that it rewards me. So is it like this season or permanent?

Rewards have to do with your behavior in a given season, so it depends WHEN you got the 2 week ban.
If you have just received it now, and you can control your emotions for the rest of the season, you should get rewards (unless they change it this year) at the end of the season.
If you received it last season, it will have no impact on this season's rewards whatsoever.
If you get a 2 week ban at the end of the season, you are screwed.
