Is there any way to report a player for excessive toxicity outside of the in-game report system? A player in the game I linked was seriously toxic, to the point where me just mentioning that the Jax built MR and we needed to build magic pen set him/her off on a rant and then continued flaming me through the end of the game and in post-game chat.
You can report them using the support system, but don't hold your breath. In-fact, you're more likely to be punished for posting the match history than they are for being a troll.
It's rather pathetic the way they protect trolls, but punish people who out trolls.
You are indeed able to do this! I would not advise it unless the case was extreme, but you can make a support ticket.
One word of advice, however, naming and shaming is NOT allowed on these boards so please do not include links to match history that would incriminate a player.
