Are you serious? Riots rules are pretty easy to follow.
The punishment tiers are: 10 game chat restriction 25 game chat restriction 14 day ban permanent ban
If you go 3-6 months of actively playing without being validly reported your punishment level will drop one tier (so that you face the same penalty again instead of the next higher punishment).
