TROLLS IN CHAMP SELECT

So i have lately been getting games where i get people who troll pick in champ select and also ban the champs that me or teamates are wanting to play. And i think its unfair for me to get a lpq when i dodge a game that has a teemo jungl,e bard top, and lucian support.... And then they ban the champ i was going to play and then say that there mid and im not yet the role i got is mid. So like any other normal league player who is trying to grind ranked, i dodge. And then get a lpq for 30 mins yet i have no idea how its 30 mins. But heres the problem, i realize that dodging is offense to the summoner code but how the hell do these players get away with this. because the next people they play with they are going to ruin there experience like they have ruined mine. I feel like an easy solution to this is for way that can get u out of champ select without getting a penalty. something like someone can start a vote to go back into queue. Say 4 or 3 people had to click yes then everyone would be put back into looking for a game. And i realize some people would abuse this so u could make it have a recharge like reroll in aram. Let me know what u guys think of the idea cause i think the trolls in league need to be dealt with.
