Flaws with the toxic behavior punishment system

Sup my dudes. I got perm banned from league of legends May 5th for consistent toxic behavior but the thing is, I don't understand why I get perm banned instead of a permanent chat restriction? I mean, wouldn't that solve the whole toxicity problem? I also don't have an option to completely turn off my chat, so basically, when someone on my team is being a complete shithead, I just can't hold back and I end up calling them a retarded fuck and because of that I get permbanned. Or when I'm getting camped like a bitch toplane and I say "Get the fuck out of my lane" in all chat, I get perm banned. Like, what the fuck? Why is it that I lose my account that I've spent 4 years of my life on and thousands of dollars on because I lost my temper for a short period of time? Like, I'm sure the things I've told my teammates and enemies did not scar their life or anything. I can totally understand chat restrictions, they make sense. I'm never toxic when I'm chat restricted because I need to save my messages for calling flashes down, ults down, baron/dragon calls, etc.

There's no such thing as life without toxic people. No matter how many people they perm ban there will still be toxic people. Most people who get perm banned end up charging back all payments they made on paypal for their RP since they are banned, most people who get permbanned buy accounts from third party websites so then there are more botted accounts and the player continues their toxic behavior, but if they are permanently chat restricted, they won't chargeback, they can't be toxic, and they wont buy accounts from third party websites.

If Riot wants to punish players who are toxic, that is perfectly fine, although players shouldn't be permanently banned for being toxic. It just doesn't make any sense. First of all, I didn't get banned for being EXTREMELY toxic. I was banned for consistent toxicity. (which to be honest, wasn't that consistent at all) I got perm banned May 5th, alright? My 14 day ban was March 10th. How in the fucking hell is that consistent at all? I get pissed off at someone March 10th for being a feeder, then two months later I lose my temper again, I get permbanned. That is not consistent! I do not deserve the same punishment as a person who CHEATS in the game and ruins EVERYONE's experience EVERY GAME THEY PLAY when I'm toxic again after 2 months of being a well mannered player. Oh well, I hope one day Riot unbans all permanently banned players and re-do the toxic behavior punishment system well to give them another chance. If a player is toxic every game, or threatens to kill another player, they deserve a punishment. But if you just call someone a retarded shitbag and then do it again 2 months later you get perm banned for being "toxic".

Thanks Riot for re-doing your report system in the most stupid way possible. I'm not surprised I've never received a punishment when the tribunal was a thing, but when you redid the whole system I'm not allowed to play my favorite game anymore. Re-do your system fucking dumbasses.

One of the games I only sent 22 messages and we had an AFK brand. Of course I'm going to be fucking pissed off! I didn't even say shit to anyone else in the game I literally called him a %%%got piece of shit while he was AFK so he didn't even see it yet I get fucking banned LOL. Then the enemy team reports me because I say "enjoy your free win, assholes." after they were talking shit to us. Then I'm the fucking one who gets PERM BANNED. Fuck off Riot games with your bullshit system. Now that Riot Lyte the fucking retard is gone, FIX YOUR SHIT PLEASE.
