I got chat restrict after being flamed by my team in a premade then flaming back, which i accept the ban for but they go nothing...... Why cant i get loot from hextech?? and how long till i can?? What your doing is exactly like someone going to jail for 1 thing and never being able to get a job or anything For gods sake it was a 10 game chat restrict thats the bottom level, increase the punishments for higher levels not completely ruin it because of one thing.

play 30-40 games without being validly reported and you'll get it back.

if you get reported validly, you'll have to play more games.

This is NOTHING like going to jail and not being able to get a job ever. This is like getting jail time for drunk driving and having your license revoked.
