i just finished a match and the le blanc was using her R at level 3 and I'm asking because I swear its not*[slayer-jinx-unamused]* and summoner name is <removed by moderation>
Level 6.
Her R is getting to duplicate the last spell she used, not the clone. That’s just her passive, and it doesn’t do anything, just can confuse people as to which one is the real one when she gets low

It's funny cause I just looked it up and the LB didn't put in a point in her ult untill lvl 7.
Perhaps you're confused on what LB does.
Originally she worked like she does now, where her passive spawns a clone of her whenever she drops below a certain percentage of health.
Then they updated her, so that her ult spawned a clone, and removed the passive.
But recently they 'un'updated her, back to having her passive spawn the clone.
It sounds like you've got some abilities messed up. What do you think her R is?
