How do i talk to a real person from riot. My account was banned out of no where, for life. They said i was cheating, or had an advantage somehow over other players. I have never cheated in lol, nor do i know how to. please someone help me, i have been playing lol for three years now, and was wrongfully banned. I just want to play the game and have fun, exactly what it was intend for.

They do bans for using third party software in waves, and sometimes mistakes are made. Politely explain your situation and be patient, it will take up to a day for you to get your first reply. Continue to explain your situation and ask for a manual review of your account. If Riot conducts the review and finds that you indeed did nothing wrong then your account will have the ban removed.

You will want to submit a ticket to Player Support, to speak with the Riot support specialists. They will be able to explain a little bit more about what happened with regards to your account. It sounds as though you were banned as part of the wave of unapproved third party program bans. That covers many different types of programs; some are those used for scripting, botting, or other hacks, while others are parts of some of the custom skin or client modification programs.
When you submit your ticket to support, try to be patient, they usually respond within 48 hours, and give them as many details as you can regarding your case. Best of luck.
If you keep up the support tickets (reply back after you receive the automated response), you should reach a real person. But don't spam the ticket, each reply places it at the start of the queue.
The automated responses are there to filter out the vast majority of tickets that can be answered with an automated answer.

After all the money you spent, Riot screws you and doesnt ban the people spewing hate speech, racism, and who knows what else every game in bronze. Must be the chinese way.
Riot makes these mistakes A LOT, but unfortunately they will not overturn your ban. You should take some time to think about how much this game means to you, and if you decide you want to keep playing, save up for an IP and XP boost so you can level your new account faster. Also if you're willing to spend, it would be best if you use RP for buying champions and bundles but not skins. Then use your iP for runes.
