How do i talk to a real person from riot. My account was banned out of no where, for life. They said i was cheating, or had an advantage somehow over other players. I have never cheated in lol, nor do i know how to. please someone help me, i have been playing lol for three years now, and was wrongfully banned. I just want to play the game and have fun, exactly what it was intend for.

They do bans for using third party software in waves, and sometimes mistakes are made. Politely explain your situation and be patient, it will take up to a day for you to get your first reply. Continue to explain your situation and ask for a manual review of your account. If Riot conducts the review and finds that you indeed did nothing wrong then your account will have the ban removed.

Stevie the TV1 votesI have all ready submitted a ticket and i kept trying to explain my situation, but he insisted that they did not make a mistake and the suspension will not be lifted. I have been talking to them for three or four days now and every time, even sent them a video of the last game i played, he would completely ignored that. He said the same thing three times in a row, like he wasn't even reading what i said, i swear it was a robot. He would only respond one time per day.
AeroWaffle2 votesI mean, a video of a single game is hardly proof that you never cheated. And that's the problem. It's incredibly hard to prove that you didn't cheat without video evidence of every single game you've played ever.

I just figure somebody cheated would do a whole lot better. I do appreciate yalls comments though ill keep trying to see if i can get through to an actual person.
aZ3R0n1 votesYes, the support staff uses copypasta and pre-typed templates to filter out a majority of the requests they receive. Keep replying insisting that you did not cheat or use any third party software in a very polite manner, and also continue to ask for a manual review of your account. Be persistent and patient in this process to the best of your ability.

So your "most recent game" really isn't any evidence for them.
You also don't need to have the script active for them to detect it. Every time you launch the client they scan your installed softwares, and if they detected an unauthorized software there, and you logged in, they'll still lock your account.

honestly, i feel like they shouldnt be allowed to do that. scanning peoples installed software seems just a tad invasive. and i dont think people should be banned simply for having scripting software installed. they should only be punished if theyre actively using it. not to mention some people share computers. so someone else on the PC might be cheating. but the person getting banned was innocent
Kei1432 votesI remember a post saying that people tried to sue blizzard for the same thing (scanning the computer for exploits), and the player lost the lawsuit. Thus setting a precedence of what is allowed.

They will be able to explain a little bit more about what happened with regards to your account. It sounds as though you were banned as part of the wave of unapproved third party program bans. That covers many different types of programs; some are those used for scripting, botting, or other hacks, while others are parts of some of the custom skin or client modification programs.
When you submit your ticket to support, try to be patient, they usually respond within 48 hours, and give them as many details as you can regarding your case. Best of luck.
AeroWaffle1 votesIf you keep up the support tickets (reply back after you receive the automated response), you should reach a real person. But don't spam the ticket, each reply places it at the start of the queue.
The automated responses are there to filter out the vast majority of tickets that can be answered with an automated answer.

AssauIto1 votesRiot makes these mistakes A LOT, but unfortunately they will not overturn your ban. You should take some time to think about how much this game means to you, and if you decide you want to keep playing, save up for an IP and XP boost so you can level your new account faster. Also if you're willing to spend, it would be best if you use RP for buying champions and bundles but not skins. Then use your iP for runes.
