I keep being reported for nothing , i dont speek that much but i always get reported for verbal abuse...

if the report is unreasoned you wont get punished so dont worry ^^

pretty sure they automated the punishment system, not positive.

It is automated, but it is built entirely around filtering out false reports, and is pretty good at doing it. You are not punished based on being reported no matter how many reports you get, but on your behavior in those reported games.

is this the report that instantly shows up on a players screen just to let them know they've been reported, there was an issue last season where certain reports instantly showed up on th reportees sreen just to annoy them, seems like its getting abused again, its kinda stressful seeing that you got reported, there should be a penalty for false reports, 14 day ban, abusing the system

A 14 day ban ? I don't think the second largest punishment in league is warranted for doing what riot wants you to. they literally endorse reporting instead of flaming people.

i said ABUSING IT, if someone isnt even talking in chat but still gets reported, thats called abusing the sytem, simply because the reported KNOWS that the reportee will get a notification pop up solely because of the type of report they submitted
