What is a reform card?
Deep Terror Nami1 votesIf you get punished by the Instant Feedback System you receive it in-client and by email. For chat offenses it shows 1-3 games of your chat logs that contributed to the punishment, if it was for something else it'll say so. Manual bans do not receive reform cards, but you can get more information by submitting a ticket and requesting it.

GaleWinUnleashed3 votesThat's a very common sentiment among players that receive punishments. Often it turns out that their idea of what constitutes toxic behavior is very different from that of the community/Riot.
Based on your post and comments, I'd guess that your punishment was for being excessively pessimistic/negative. I don't have a lot to go on, though, so I could be entirely wrong on that. If I'm correct, however, then what you did wrong is talk in such a way as to make the game significantly less fun for the other players.
GaleWinUnleashed3 votesWhen you received your punishment, you should also have gotten a pop-up upon logging in. The same information (plus some, if it was too much for the in-client card) will also have been sent to your linked email. If the punishment was for chat-related behavioral issues, that reform card will include chat logs for up to 3 games that led up to the punishment.

Cptn Sodium1 votessorry F3ora i feels your pain, the Riot community are pretty rude and heartless. they take this game so seriously. i get bans in norm blind picks all the time for trying unconventional methods and they work most of the time, but the salty community just cant handle any type of diversity.
