How do I report obvious bots ruining my games?

I just played a 3v3 game with two people who had very similar names. They refused to say anything and just ran straight under the enemy towers all game. I reported them at the end of the game, but when I went to do another game I was with two different people, but with the same similarities in their names. I tried to talk to them with no reply, so just dodged because I'm not going to play this game with bots. Can I do anything else besides reporting to make sure that crap doesn't happen at least from that person?

The question should be what is an effective measure against botters, since reporting them does nothing constructively?

Reporting them for botting works, but there's just so many bots it's hard to feel like you're making a difference. Keep it up anyway, there's little else we can do until something is changed to remove the incentive for botting.
