When can i get my crates
I got banned 3 or more weeks ago and since then i couldn't get any crates or keys. Does it disable your availability to have crates and keys if you get banned?

If you receive any sort of punishment, you have to complete whatever the punishment is whether it was a 5 game chat ban or a one week account ban. After that, you enter what's known as a Reform Period. If you continue to exhibit sportsmanlike behavior and avoid being negative, you will complete your Reform Period and you'll be eligible to earn loot again. How long that Reform Period is likely depends on the severity of your punishment, but no one can really tell you how long it will be.
