My league name is TGM Ace i havnt been playing good recently. i got gold twice and have gotten demoted to silver 2. I decided to take a break from league and after about 2 weeks i tried to log in and im perma banned. Ive never gotten a suspension or even chat banned before this. What do i do?
Riot will not ban you for playing badly unless you are intentionally feeding, which it doesn't look like you've been doing. Submit a ticket to Player Support and they should be able to help you figure out what's going on with your account.
Looking at your match history, it doesn't show any breaks at all. On Oct 23, you had a ranked game as Gangplank. Approx. 2 weeks ago, give or take a couple days. Then, 4 days later, on Oct 27, a 3-day series of ranked match spamming occurs, culminating in a ranked loss as Pantheon on October 29, just a few days ago.
If you truly took a break from the game, then it means someone else was playing your account. If so, then that's why you were banned, account compromised.
could you post a screencap of the reform card that pops up when you try and log in?
they also did not send an email to my account for the reasoning
it says this account has been permanently suspended check the email linked to this account for further details something like that
You could recheck the spam folder and such. Are you checking the correct e-mail ? Hey, I have to write the stuff down myself.
