there is a way to get your account back after a permaban
here's what you do:
you bury a container of ritual items, including a screenshot of the summoner profile you wish unbanned, graveyard dirt (signifying your toxic demeanor), a black cat bone (signifying your flaming ), and yarrow (signifying the wish to change your evil ways) at the center of a crossroads at midnight on the night before the new season starts and then you wait for about an hour for Phreak to show up in a limo and personally unblock your account, all the while moving to the rythm of Despacito while chanting the lyrics in a cultist manner, occasionally raising your hands towards the moon and yelling "Faker! Thy will be done!"

Who gives a shit about swearing? Were you insulting your teammates? Raging? Threatening people (threaten to afk, to report, to feed, etc)? Racist or sexist or homophobic stuff?
Show us the chatlogs and we will tell you why you can't get your account back.
Where there any chat logs? If so post them, any sort of negativity or toxicity is not tolerated. You must have had previous punishments. In very rare cares though I know this happend to my Friend he got banned for "botting" when he wasn't very rare case though. If you were banned for toxicity nothing you can do about it. Make a new account and show you're not toxic.
Riot does not unban permabanned accounts unless it was in error.

you did way worse than swearing man. you were yelling/flaming at your team constantly, asking for reports constantly. trolling from the sounds of it/threatening to ruin the game for them. threatening suicide, suggesting they commit suicide, using autism as in insult, hate speech(assuming what the n word is supposed to be). honestly i feel like this should be an insta-perma. there is no way you are getting your account back unless you buy the entire company.
you can make a new account and try to do better....but after this i don't have much hope :(
