my account has been banned until Tue Nov 17 23:52:20 UTC 2015. I can also get the reward it?

u dont get rewards
Anyone who was ban was not completely served before august 10th or is still chat restricted at the end of the season will not receive ranked rewards.
There is nothing you can do about this years rewards but you can learn from it and improve so you can get them next year.
