Riot Should Completely Filter out offensive terms and add self-mute

I recently got banned for 2 weeks because I used the term "k y s". I see it used very frequently on LOL and many other games so I feel like Riot should not allow people to say things like "k y s" "S t f u" and racial slurs at all. I believe those terms can never be productive in league of legends AND they get people in trouble so they should be disabled.

I also think Riot should allow players to "mute" themselves from chat or have a locked chat option that only allows you to type the basics like "gg" "sorry" "thanks" so people are not tempted to say anything unproductive.
