So, I am not the best player in lol. My champion pool is large, i can play almost anyone, i preffer on other hand mid, but i can do great on every other lane. I rarely die before 10th minute, have a solid farm in first 10-15 mins (about 100-130 bcs of roams, and after 10th min in bronze, kids just go all to one lane so farming is impossible, bcs if you are splitpushing, your team is going to die in 5vs4). Climbing is hard, but i don't like it to be too easy. The best fights i lost, well, there is maybie 5 or 6 of them. They were like enemies and us are same in mechanic, mentality and comunication, but they were simply better. Noone was inting, trolling, griefing, there was a lot of flame from both sides, but, I don't mind flaming. I have mute button and it isn't so hard to press it. But most of games i lost/won are bcs there are trolls/inters/griefers in either team. Sometimes they act sillently like one Malphite Malphite who didn't fight at all before they destroyed our base, he went to def nexus only. There are games like when we have feeder in team who says that he doesn't know how to play versus specific champ in enemy team and asks for lane switch. So someone switches lane and he dies few times in 5 mins. This kind of players i encounter on daily basis, so RIOT pls, I have posted links of 2 recent ranked games, where i played one with Ashe Ashe as adc that didn't wan't adc role and noone wanted to switch with her. She openly said in chat that she will troll, she picked Ashe Ashe and after giving kill to enemy bot, just went mid straight and allowed enemy to kill her without resistance. In second one I played with Teemo Teemo support who was treatening with picking Garen Garen for support when adc told him to pick someone else. I, myself don't mind playing with Teemo Teemo support, bcs I hae 100% winrate with him in all games as support, bcs he is strong, but, i do mind when supportd is standing on bot lane, taking farm and allows enemies to kill him with ease. He tried few times to steal a kill, but it just resulted in assist. Riot pls ban them, you don't need to premaban them, but i would like to get permabanned players like that, you can even give them a month or 2 length ban. Ty in advance.

If you are bronze and think that you deserve better because you know you have decent mechanics and knowledge and strategy, it might simply be an attitude problem. Mind you, none of what I say here is meant to be accusatory. I don't know you, I'm not saying this is how you are, this is a just in case you find yourself with this attitude.

You gotta stop focusing on what your allies are doing wrong. Literally don't pay ANY attention to them in chat. While you don't mind flaming, these kids are super insecure and will throw a game out of mere spite. So don't say ANYTHING to them. Don't call out ANY mistakes. Instead, when you see a bad ally, recognize it and think of ways you can play around it. He's on your team, you have no choice but to take it and adjust and do whatever you can to win. So keep it in mind that that player can't be relied upon for help and adjust your strategy accordingly.

Letting them know they're bad is only gonna hurt yourself. (Again, not accusing you of anything). Telling them what they could have done, or what they did wrong is only gonna hurt yourself, unless they are obviously nice and ask for advice.

I can't understand being hardstuck bronze. I've climbed from bronze every single season in ranked, and I'm not even a great player... I'm only silver. But I think it's an attitude thing, where I will make the most out of a shitty situation, rather than deteriorate into flaming and bitching about mistakes.

As far as the point of this thread, I agree and wish that Riot had better methods for detecting and punishing trolls. One big mistake though that I think a lot of players make, is just assuming that someone is a troll. Then they will tell that person they're a troll, and guess what? They become a troll out of spite. Sometimes it's YOU that creates trolls in your mind and they actually do manifest through verbal interaction. That's what I'm trying to help you prevent, if it is a problem, because I rarely run into trolls. Most of my losses come from our team simply being outplayed by the other team. Sometimes it's extremely outplayed, but that doesn't mean my team had trolls. They become trolls when people insult them and they stop caring because they're hurt.
