Wrongfuly banned for hacks

Recently my account has been hacked due to EUNE password leak that Leauge of Legends servers had. Shortl after that my account has been banned for using 3rd party applications. I have never used any hacks/scripts and I do not intend to do so in a future, so it was really big surprise for me. Ive never shared my password with anyone and to protect my account I used unique password that meet the security requiments. Ive written to lol support and in the reply I`ve got this:

We won't be able to go into the specifics of an account's exploit abuse, as divulging this information could compromise future investigations.
