I got banned for hating on asians in an NA server, it shouldnt happen, since they joined a non native server to "grind" thats complete and utter bullshit and now it wont let me place a dicussion

The North America server is not restricted based on your IP address or country of origin. Whether they were visiting America, live here and are multilingual, or even if they're truly playing from another country; none of these are violation of the TOU and are perfectly allowed just as you are allowed to create an account on another server (or transfer your existing account through the shop).

What is not allowed is any act of racism, hate speech, or any other sort of discrimination through verbal abuse. Hence, you've received a chat restriction. Consider this your first warning from Riot and please avoid repeating such actions in the future.

so talking about them being asian is disallowed then? i didnt use any hate slang of asian ethinicity

Simply talking about them being Asian or using a language native to parts of Asia is not punishable. Making discriminatory comments such as telling them they can't/shouldn't be on the NA server because they're Asian is punishable. I don't know what exactly you said in the game or recent games to earn a chat-restriction as I don't access to your chat logs, but it would have to be something that justifies being reported for you to be punished.

I'm not sure what you mean. This is just the general tone in which I speak, unless I have a reason to use more familiarity. I try to be clear and neutral. What I understood from OP's post is that he gave a group of players a hard time based on their alleged race and/or origin and Riot has already said that's not okay. He felt his actions were justified and them playing on NA server wasn't, so I explained why neither of these were the case.

so i can go on asian servers with my buddys and report my non english speaking teammates when they are not speaking my language. sounds fair

There are no language restrictions for servers, only on what language the client text/game text is in within a given region (ex. North America server only has English as an option to show the client in). Speaking a foreign language in the chat as a player with respects to a specific server is not punishable. You reporting them for not speaking English on NA server would hold no weight, and them reporting you for speaking English on a non-English server would also hold no weight. If you went to another server however, and were harassed for the language you chose to speak then you would have justifiable grounds to report the players that harassed you.

I'm pretty sure he wasn't justified in blaming your solely for the loss. It's a team-based game and everyone that played contributed to the outcome of the game. By virtue of human nature, everyone also has things they could've done better. So when people try to play the blame game, just ignore them as best you can and play to the best of your ability. If they repeatedly harass you for it and display toxic behavior, you can simply mute them and report at the end of the game rather than choosing to fuel the fire and ending up with punishments yourself.
