To Teams That Surrender Games When You're Almost Even With The Enemy.

I'm all for democratic voting really, but how unlikely is it that I was unlucky enough to be matched with 4 people, one of which was my support that got me up to 10/5 bless her soul, a top laner that was doing well, a jungler that was okay, and with the only person feeding being our midlane Zoe. How on earth did they decide that it'd be a good idea to surrender at 23 when we were 3 kills down and a drake ahead.

It just boggles the mind.

The mystery of ranked: when your even with the enemy team your team wants to ff. When your super far behind the enemy team, nobody wants to ff.

Sometimes you have to realize team comp is more important than your stats and forfeit the game when there's no way around it.

kills are only a fraction of the game

enemies were 3 towers up, and you didn't get the drake the enemies did. your top lane was the only one ahead in cs. https://i.imgur.com/54lZFw9.jpg

This is why I despise the surrender vote. Players who want to finish a completely winnable game are forced to quit because some people can't follow the "Never Give Up" part of the Summoner's Code.

there are times when it is better to lose.

for example riots matchmaking system is setup so that each player will win about 50% of their games. they do this by making it so that if you win you will be put in harder games and when you lose you get easier.

but you can game the system. you no longer fall below 0 LP in ranked games. so if you want to promote, the best way is to lose like 5 or 6 in a row at 0 LP. it wont let you demote for quite a while if you have just promoted recently. and then start winning from there.

with each loss your mmr drops more and more so it becomes much easier to win and reach your promotion games afterwards.

What are the team compositions? What turrets were down? What was CS looking like? How much had the zoe fed? Define doing well. What was your CS kda? what was jungler doing that made them okay? How do you know what the gold difference was? Is there some option to turn that on?
What drake did you get?

More than just kda goes into how game is going.

Theres alot of things that needs to be accounted for:

if you have an extremely good early game team, and the game gets even, you prob won't win.

I’ll often want to ff if someone in my team says something toxic. I don’t want leaver buster, so ff is the bext best thing to get out of a match with some asshole you don’t want to play with.

Now to just get Riot to fix the ff feature to 10 minutes and a simple majority vote. And those who don’t vite don’t count for or against.

Only time I ever rage at teammates is when they give up.

I can't stand when people surrender close games
