Permanently Banned. Is there something I could do ? I've put countless amount of time and money.

I got permanently banned cause a kid got triggered. My team mate I was talking shit to didn't even report me. A kid on the other team got mad told me he mad my mom cry last night after fucking her. So, I said a few things. Kid got pissed and I got permanently banned seems a bit unfair. Is there anything I could do to get riots graces back? I've literally had my account since the beginning of riot.

Hate speech and threats will get you permanently banned, yes. As will calling teammates worthless and trash. Thise behaviors are just not acceptable.

I cannot see Riot rolling this ban back.

No, you were permanently banned because you used offensive slurs, threatened to afk, abused your team, called for reports, submitted false reports, score shamed, called your jg worthless, told him to fuck off, called your team trash... honestly it'd be easier to look through your chat for things that don't deserve punishment.

Considering this is how you behave after being presumably being warned about your behaviour in the past there's no reason for Riot to assume you'll reform.

It's like if the police gave you a speeding ticket and you responded by burning rubber and taking off at 120mph on the wrong side of the road, then complain it's unfair that they took your license.

That was to my own team mate and he's fine about it.

The rest was to the other player. That's why the chat log should show all things. Hence forth this judgment is wack. If you aren't gonna be helpful don't comment.

Why judge a one sided conversation ? When the other could of provoked it ? Such b.s.

Just because you've said worse and not gotten punishment doesn't mean you're expected to skirt by every time. If anything, not getting punished would be the exception, because that means someone didn't report you.

Every one is judged for their own merits and punishments. Your punishment is based on what you did, not how others were punished. They have their own circumstances and may or may not be in a chat restriction, 14-day suspension, etc...

People don't realize it's also how AAA studios hand out ID bans for most of their MMOs or distribution clients. You want to force a refund through your credit card? Sure, but that means you'll get an account ban, and a following ID ban for any new account anytime the have enough data to match your information to the previous account.
