i just got banned for 14 days

hi there i just got banned for 14 days for "verbel abuse" i just got out of a game where they were literally telling me to kill myself and how much of a peace of trash i am, i just brought up the chat logg witch was the reason i got banned, and its me asking them why there all doing that nothing bad at all, any way was just saying this is the second account i have made after spending over $1000 on my main jaggapuss witch u also banned for the same reason i had that account since season 1, i guess what im saying is after playing this game since beta investing over 3 years of my life {in playing time} and over $1000 upto date, ive relised that you guys are just after the money you dont care about the players... its not even the same game now when ever u log on theres always an afk or someone abusive every single game,its weird after playing the game for 8 years that ive got one permanitly banned and now a 14 day on the other all in one year im done cheers

Given that you're an example of a person who has invested a bunch of money into their account and was still banned, I'd say that's compelling evidence to the contrary of your position: Riot would rather ban you and spare other players the displeasure of your company than continue to enjoy your patronage. If they were just after the money, they'd let you do whatever you want.

It's not.

You aren't more entitled to special treatment than a player that has just made an account and spent $0.

This entire problem stems from you not realising that it's YOUR behavior that's the problem. YOU have to change, the system doesn't.

The solution seems pretty clear to me. Stop spending money on this game if you just plan on being toxic. People are always gonna be toxic and tell you that stuff, a mute button is there for a reason. I do not doubt you deserve both your bans.

If you would like for us to go over your chat log, and perhaps give you some insight as to what was in it that crossed the line into toxicity, feel free to post your logs. It's very difficult for us to say whether this is a case of Riot being overly harsh, a mistake by the system, or you simply not understanding what part of your interactions was inappropriate without seeing the logs. Though it doesn't necessarily seem like it was a mistake if you've already had one account progress up to a permaban, and gone through the two chat restrictions and into the 14 day suspension on this account as well, but it is possible, and we cannot rule it out.
