Racist troll still ruining games

Here's a nice loophole for all the ragers out there. This person has been in many of my blind pick games in which he autolocks jungle Yi. He never calls a role and threatens to int if someone gets jungle by actually calling it. He rages hard in both pre and post game lobby and boasts about being untouchable in game. I and at least one other friend reported him directly to support with the attached (unedited) screenshots and he is still playing games. (Yes, we all reported him in the client too).

The rioter who responded to my ticket said "we have access to pre and post game chat" and that they would look into it but this guy is still playing. Apparently it's ok to threaten to int and troll to get a role in pregame lobby and it's absolutely fine to be racist and homophobic while telling everyone to kill themselves after games. On op.gg he's still stacking tear on his losing games and clearly "soft-inting" (his words).

But hey at least he got his role every game and waited until the game was over to call everyone n*****s.

I've had friends get permenantly banned for calling people trash in-game. Not saying that is more acceptable but this level of rage and hate? Apparently it's all fine as long as the game hasn't started or it just finished.
