Chat Logs

So I want to explain my side of this story and why I think I shouldn't be banned, and I realize this is a permanent ban and I should've known this might happen but anyways. I'm playing Lee Sin jungle and I have a Vayne top. The enemy jungler xin xhao gets to top before me and I do a counter gank. I kill Xin Xhao for first blood but we both die to Malphite. So from there the Vayne starts flaming me, I continue to talk about what he is getting mad at, and asking how is it my fault that any of this has happened. I continue to play the game normally and I am doing quite good in the game. I am like 4-5 levels ahead of enemy jungler and like 6-3 at one point. I even ask Vayne if top has summs and if Xin does. I then ask him why he is trolling me, then Xin apparently afk's and the enemy team is saying report him in chat. I told them he probably afk'd because "I countered him so hard" and said he afk'd because "I shit on him early." Those are the only two comments I think are toxic, but I have seen many streamers and youtubers say worse shit in chat than those. I don't think those are toxic enough to deserve a permanent ban. Vayne continues to flame me out of nowhere, I havn't even said anything to him in the recent minutes at all. I ask him why he is flaming and tell him he is the one losing us the gank, and that he didn't even get camped. Give it, that he was saying that the enemy team has a better jungler all game and that I basically suck. I then proceed to say that it sucks to play with someone that is always blaming his jungler and never takes fault for what he does. I ended the game by saying, toxic vayne and to report him for being toxic. I just really want someone to go through the chat logs and the actual game and really determine whether or not this game deserves a permanent ban, because this Vayne was toxic to me; I never really reacted to his toxicity besides calling him out for what he is doing through the game, I played the game normally, I never used vulgar language at him like calling him names and such. I only pointed out how toxic he was and what he was doing wrong.

"Just got off a 14-day ban, better argue with a teammate for literally FOUR IMGUR PAGES worth of chat"

Come on, guy.

You were banned for 14 days already. With your ban came a message saying that any further form of negativity or violation of the ToS will result in a permanent suspension.

The very first thing you do in chat is bitch about vayne and threaten to report her. Do you think this is not negative? Do you think bitching about teammates is what you should be doing after being punished multiple times AND after your very last chance?

You've been complaining about her the entire game. Your chatlogs just show that you're unwilling to fix your behaviour and that's why you got the final punishment.

The ban is perfectly justified and you won't be getting it back. If you wish to continue to play League I'd suggest you create a new account. This account is gone

Should have just muted. You type way too much.

Those are the only two comments I think are toxic

Meanwhile asking for reports, calling someone else toxic, asking someone you "shit on early" what rank they were etcetera.

Clearly you don't know that you're toxic. Let this ban be a lesson.

This is a common thing, where the banned player blames other players for their loss of self-control. I'll say here to you. That player is not responsible for your actions, what you do and say has a consequence. With that said, never argue with your teammates nor your enemies. League of Legends chat isn't meant for insulting, harassing, flaming, or retaliating. You are not to engage in a negative conversation. You are responsible for what you say. What you did wrong, you continued a negative ongoing conversation with that player. Regardless if he's in the wrong, doesn't mean you are obligated to encourage it. Since this is a common thing for you to do, you got banned for it.

You harassed the player for asking for a report and a negative conversation. Doesn't matter if you feel the need to defend yourself because don't, and the only thing you're expected to do is mute the player. That means, mute, play the game, report, and move on.

After 4 Chat restrictions during 6 seasons of playing i finally realized that a simple "use pings, i mute all" at the beginning of the game saves u from getting punishments. You can literally mute everyone every game without missing any essential information. All you read in chat is either a "wp" or a "kys", so there is no reason to even have the chat enabled. Any information of value can be pinged.
