Why am I penalized for dodging this game?

I don't usually post on here but this inspired me. It's so blatantly offensive, not to mention there's no way I have a shot at winning that game. Is a 3 LP penalty a big deal? Not really in the long run. Even the 6 or 10 min block isn't a huge deal (although it cuts into the time I have to play). My point is that there is literally no recourse and only penalty for someone just trying to have fun and enjoy a game when something disgusting like this happens. BTW this is only half of the conversation, I didn't bother taking ss of the other part.

TL;DR: Don't punish me for wanting to have fun with this game without at least giving me some sort of recourse (without playing and probably losing the game) to get these people a ban for being trolls and bigots.
