About boosting players
What is counted as boosting? As if player goes nunu or taric mid and then jgl who is higher elo goes yi/azir jne. farms mid and just goes ape shit on game and wins solo game while the boosted one gets carried? Is it allowed???

That is not boosting. Boosting is when a skilled player logs on to the account of an unskilled player and plays ranked games.
Thats just carrying someone... ppl do it and its allowed, but if the person being carried cant keep up with the level to which they were raised they will demote closer to where they should be..
A lot of people have gotten lazy and started using "boosting" for both situations, which serves to confuse people about what is and isn't allowed.
