Suspended permanently but not sure why.

Alrighty. I'm not sure what I did to get this account banned. But I would assume that they would send me an email or a message on the league of legends website but I haven't received anything. There's no telling how long this account has been banned because I haven't played it in at least 1 year, I would just like to know why (if possible). I may or may not have done something wrong in the past, so I'm not claiming it to be falsely banned, I would just like to know exactly why I was banned in the first place.

Again, I've checked all my emails and only have 1 from riot games, and that's my welcome email from when I created the account. No messages or emails on this website and the support site didn't seem to help all too much.

Maybe it's because of my name, but I assume they would change it if it breaks any rules idk.

Send a support ticket is your best chance of getting an answer.

good luck, they dont care. just spend time trying to get my account back. Came back to the game 3 months ago. Got 14 day ban right out the game and couldn't get an answer as to why. Haven't had an issue, said fuck off to a guy that went 0-7 in lane then came mid and started trying to steal my cs. after the game I was perma banned. I put in a ticket and got the auto responses and no actual answers.

I think there's an auto report feature with saying fuck, which, why do they have a profanity filter...?

Riot is one of the most hypocritical companies out there. There the ones settling cases on sexual harassment. "The suit laid out allegations that Riot fostered a “men-first” “bro culture,” where harassment and inappropriate behavior such as “crotch-grabbing, phantom humping, and sending unsolicited and unwelcome pictures of male genitalia” and managers circulating a “hot girl list,” ranking female employees by attractiveness, went unchecked."

All the while, they're out here policing players on their behavior. They shouldn't be throwing stones when they live in a glass house.

Relog and you should see the reform card. They don't send out emails anymore.

Just figured I would touch base again on this issue, riot has not looked at my ticket yet after over 24 hours. Not sure how long it takes, I just find it weird that I can't even look at my card in client because it only gives me the option to sign out once I sign in lol.
