Suspended permanently but not sure why.

Alrighty. I'm not sure what I did to get this account banned. But I would assume that they would send me an email or a message on the league of legends website but I haven't received anything. There's no telling how long this account has been banned because I haven't played it in at least 1 year, I would just like to know why (if possible). I may or may not have done something wrong in the past, so I'm not claiming it to be falsely banned, I would just like to know exactly why I was banned in the first place.

Again, I've checked all my emails and only have 1 from riot games, and that's my welcome email from when I created the account. No messages or emails on this website and the support site didn't seem to help all too much.

Maybe it's because of my name, but I assume they would change it if it breaks any rules idk.

Send a support ticket is your best chance of getting an answer.

good luck, they dont care. just spend time trying to get my account back. Came back to the game 3 months ago. Got 14 day ban right out the game and couldn't get an answer as to why. Haven't had an issue, said fuck off to a guy that went 0-7 in lane then came mid and started trying to steal my cs. after the game I was perma banned. I put in a ticket and got the auto responses and no actual answers.

I think there's an auto report feature with saying fuck, which, why do they have a profanity filter...?

Riot is one of the most hypocritical companies out there. There the ones settling cases on sexual harassment. "The suit laid out allegations that Riot fostered a “men-first” “bro culture,” where harassment and inappropriate behavior such as “crotch-grabbing, phantom humping, and sending unsolicited and unwelcome pictures of male genitalia” and managers circulating a “hot girl list,” ranking female employees by attractiveness, went unchecked."

All the while, they're out here policing players on their behavior. They shouldn't be throwing stones when they live in a glass house.

Well, if you had punishments prior to your break from the game, they wouldn't have reset unless pre IFS. Alternatively you may have broken Zero Tolerance (such as slurs or telling people to kys).

Highly doubt "fuck off" was the only thing you said. Just a guess but I'd guess it also included calling him a troll, feeder, idiot, etc and calling for reports at least 3 times.

Fuck isn't a fucking problem unless you fucking misuse it. Like calling someone a fuck face.

Just because there are shitty people at Riot, doesn't mean people get to be a shitty person in game. There are also those at Riot who didn't participate in any drama.

what if I call some duck face is that bannable? or a cat, mouse, horse or hamster? I am seriously curious about this since it seems to be envouge to call people animals

Relog and you should see the reform card. They don't send out emails anymore.

Unfortunately, when I log in all I get is a black screen that says "Account suspended" with only an option to click close, clicking close logs me out of the game. There's no other option to click in the client.

Might have gotten it stolen by the Chinese hackers. Lot's of people on the boards have had this issue and some talking with the support staff got their accounts back for them. Worth a shot at least if you don't remember being a "toxic" player.

Just figured I would touch base again on this issue, riot has not looked at my ticket yet after over 24 hours. Not sure how long it takes, I just find it weird that I can't even look at my card in client because it only gives me the option to sign out once I sign in lol.

Be patient. It is the weekend and All Stars was an event along with Clash. By the sounds of it, it was a security suspension.
