Does anyone else think that you should be unable to participate in hextech crafting if youve been previously banned on your account. It seems like a double punishment to me.

I agree with OP. If the player has not been toxic since the time they got a 10 game chat game awhile ago, they shouldn't still be suffering from their past.

Not really. You haven't earned your reward yet. Put in the time and effort and you'll get it.
