Now, if you decided to start flaming them, calling for reports, spamming, gave up etc. then you might validate those reports. Even then, punishment is calculated per match not per report; unless you are negative and report for it consistently in many matches you will not likely be punished.

I feel like it should be a "Tip: One report flags a game. Multiple reports do nothing" should be in every other loading screen, and probably a message in the Post Game Screen as well. Like "Chamuel85 joined the channel. Remember multiple reports do nothing more than a single report. Have a good day!" in the post game screen.

Intentional feeding isn't going to happen with this score unless you were legit running down the middle screaming touchdown as they killed you.
Intentional feeding is for the guy who ran into tower ALL game and went like 0/20/3.
I really feel you on the fear of being restricted or banned or such but take some solace in the fact that if you're not doing anything wrong. You're NOT going to be penalized. If you had a bad game, it's ok. RIOT has no problem, and neither do I, with summoners who perform poorly. If you're trying and not giving up then it's encouraged to do so.
