Ranking system and reporting people...

League of legends is overall a fun game. Since the new season I have been climbing a lot but recently I have just gotten so dissapointed about the game. I have lost 4 games in a row with my teammates intentionally feeding (going in enemy base and giving them free kills) and every single game I reported those people. Now 2 weeks later none of them have been banned... They didn't get banned and I lost LP those games. Today I played another game in around 10th minute I got disconnected for about 8 minutes. I came back to game and played last (around) 10 minutes. We won the game I got grade D- and lost LP. Also few days ago I went in game and we lost it. And I was not disturbed by the fact we lost but I was disturbed by the fact that their Shaco was flaming and racist. Of course I reported him and ofc he didn't get banned. Now I wonder how come all the people that have intentionally feeded and the people who flamed and were offensive didn't get banned and my friend for flaming one game got banned permanently? Now I agree on the fact he got banned but the fact he got permanently banned and other people who do the same stuff didn't... I think that just isn't fair.

At this point I'm again about to quit this game again. I started league in 2013 and I remember how good the community was back then. And how calmly I could play ranked without people flaming. And how better the ranking system was....
