People you can't win with

When I joined a ranked game my team started of with a fight, two people wanted to be jungler so we end up with two junglers and no support, as I was all damage carry. The second jungler claimed he was a smurf and didn't care about the match, we had to enjoy the lose he said. When the jungler's first action was walk in to the enemy base and got killed, the toplaner started to do the same everytime they were alive wich maked it impossible for me and the rest of my team to win, so I decided to walk away till the game ended because it was no fun and impossible to win. I quess more people would take the same decision as I did but I still lost a lot of LP in my winning streak to gold 4... I know you can't just give my LP back but I think a lot of people are bothering this kind of gameplay, especially in a ranked game.
