Riot girl tristana

I saw that i could get a free tristana skin (riot girl tristana), so i went to the facebook page. I liked the page and i clicked on euw, because thats where i play. Then i saw this message: Sorry, Riot Girl Tristana will be back shortly. It works for any other region exept euw. I did some research and i saw that they maybe are able to transfer it manually into my account. I hope this can be fixed somehow, since i want to main tristana.
