Perma Banned Without Reason

Its as the title says. I have been prema banned but was not sent any emails. I am also unable to create a ticket in the support to ask about it. I honestly dont care much about being smited and welcome it but I really would love to know why it happened. I've also been away from league for 2 months (outside of the country) and I come home to find this ban. Please if any rioters could elaborate on the reason I would be happy.

I was able to finally open a ticket after retrying several times

Support has a separate login process, for some reason. I see that you're logged in to the forums. What happens when you click that red "login" button?

Also to add to Jo0o if that does not work, try logging out of the website and logging back in

i tried both and nothing worked. I even opened an incognito tab and logged in through the support site. Still no luck.

That's strange I've encountered the same issue before but usually reloading/re login and clicking on that "login" button works, i guess you can always send a support ticket from a smurf account as last resort.
