Perma Banned Without Reason

Its as the title says. I have been prema banned but was not sent any emails. I am also unable to create a ticket in the support to ask about it. I honestly dont care much about being smited and welcome it but I really would love to know why it happened. I've also been away from league for 2 months (outside of the country) and I come home to find this ban. Please if any rioters could elaborate on the reason I would be happy.
