People who count down then leave Q? Banned for 10 minutes from play?

Should we ban players who just leave Q, troll Q, or Q in walk away and let the timer count down for 10 minutes? I am tired of having to wait for a Q to pop then having some ass hat just leaving! Resetting the Q!

If you are really getting upset over afkers in champ select you should probably take a break and cool down
