What is toxicity?

This is after a 10-game chat restriction and a 25-game chat restriction. I obviously have been doing something wrong in someone else's eyes but what exactly? I took it to Riot's live chat to start asking questions. First chat restriction came after a single game. A game I had a player that I was paired in the botlane where they grief by inting 2 deaths then AFK the rest of the game in fountain. Yes, I spoke words to that player calling them a bad player as they sat AFK in our fountain while pressing no in our Surrender at 15 forcing the rest of the players in the game to waste more time. The second chat restriction comes at a daunting 25-game chat restriction. This time I'm given 2 different chat logs to follow that. This is where I began talking with Riot's support chat, but I'll post the 2 chat logs before getting into that. This was a game that you can view as over and go next. Team wanted to play it out, I played it out. I stole an infernal and solo'd the other. I did what I could do to try to win. Kayn is a good counter to kindred if any one would like to know. I wasn't too sure on what was viewed as toxic but I assumed it was the 'gp no brain'.

This is game 2, it was actually a game previous to game 1 for this chat restriction, but where is the toxicity shown? During this game the Zed on my team would intentionally come wherever I would go to steal away my farm. There was no gold income for me. My jungler would come and take farm. After soloing the enemy Camille, I felt I was in a pretty decent spot to begin taking objectives with the team and it was a hard fought game after that, ultimately coming to a loss. Where is the toxicity though? I don't know so this is where the Live chat comes in. Queue chat logs!

I get where you are coming from with wanting to voice your opinion though. but sometimes its better to just mute and use smart pings.
