the guy LITERALLY said he would intentionally feed if he didn't get solo mid, to which i teased him and ran into mid before going to my top lane. he automatically ran into the turret and opposing mid laner before the 2 minute marker was even up. this game is the one that resulted in me getting permanently banned and i had to deal with 3/5 players mindlessly talking trash to both the enemy team and myself and my duo top laner. i get reprimanded for what?

it seems as if premades of toxic players ultimately control who gets banned or not. in both of these games, i assume i was reported by the one toxic jax and in the other game i was reported by a premade of 3 toxic players who constantly spammed things such as "%%%, ill eat your moms pussy" etc. it's almost as if i cant even respond to them being toxic. at all. this hardly seems like a reason to be permanently banned, can i at least get my 10 dollars back that i spent before this? tired of the broken system punishing players who have to sit through this bullshit.

Riot is very clear about not allowing retaliation. Even passive-aggressive retaliation.

Thing is, correct me if I'm wrong, but you probably have received punishments in the past. And if you didn't care enough to fix your behaviour (or educate yourself about Riot's rules) by now, even such mild logs can be punished with a permaban.

If you can't do so without being (passive) agressive? Yes, then you can't respond at all. Mute, report and move on.

This is very nearly the case. There's little point in responding or calling them out on their behavior because the way you're responding is also negative. The best course of action is to ignore them, refusing to fuel their behavior against you by giving them something to respond to.

If your comment will not stop their toxic behavior dead in its tracks (and it won't), then don't say it. Don't refer to their behavior in any way, just report them after the game and move on.

While they may have deserved it more, your ban is still justified. Feel free to start over and turn a new leaf.
