Here's how it goes, I get into a game lobby guy asks "Can i jg" so i reply "No sorry I'm going jungle this game" he then instantly flames me, instalocks graves, says I'm "adorable" and should "run it down mid". Then I get told another game that I'm a waste of energy, some guy is going to kill my whole family, asks for my address so he can kill my parents, and yet I'm punished for dodging the queue where my teammate is trolling and I'm punished for leaving the game where some guy threatens to kill me and my family. Quality thought process. Fix your community please, there's a reason why your game has gotten less popular.

Riot puts a lot of work into fixing the community but, sadly, some players will be assholes no matter what happens, and no matter what Riot does.

With behavior like that the player in question will likely end up permanently banned VERY soon. I know the dodge penalty sucks, but take solace from the fact that all dodge penalties are temporary, and the penalty that player is likely to get fairly soon will NOT be temporary.
