WHY WAS I BANNED?

Hello i am tanner and i have been playing this game for a year and a half. i have played this game non stop almost every day and i reached platinum 3 this season and hit 30 season 5. I have been permentatly banned for using a "3rd party program" first of all i dont even know what that means but if i took a guess i think it would be scripting? well this is insane?! i mean i dont even have any 3rd party programs on my computer to effect my client. I would like a lift or atleast someone to reach out to me that this is happend to as well because it breaks my heart that ive spent hundered of dollars and thousands of hours of my life on this game just for it to get banned over something that i didnt do and over something that isnt even logical? it makes 0 sense and i would love for my ban to be lifted or atleast a REAL REASON FOR ME TO GET BANNED. because if i did something wrong i would understand but this is ignorance because ive tried my hardest not to break any rules after i got banned one time for toxic. i dont talk in games i dont flame my team mates and i defiantly dont use any 3rd party programs. thanks guys
