How to stop caring about ragers

I rarely mute unless they are just being absolutely toxic and offensive...it's not hard for me to just ignore the chat. I try to communicate with my team and jungler. I'll ping a bush and say that it's warded....I'll say when the jungler left my lane. I'll ask a lane if a bush is warded if I'm jungling or when I plan on making my way down. I do think communication is a huge advantage and muting everyone and relying on pings makes the communication more difficult.

When I soloqueue I mute all other 9 players in the game...no reason to listen to what they have to say and nothing important can be said that pings cant.

Seriously, though, soloqueue revolves around "right now" decisions...there is hardly ever full-game strategies, and even if one guy is trying to strategize, the strategies hardly ever work because all 4 other people need to be on board with it...which literally never happens.
