If I get a 14 day Suspension, how long does it take for me to get my honor lv and all that stuff back? Also I already got my Season rewards like Icon, Border, Skin, etc... Will these rewards fall even though I got them before the bann?

I don't think there's a hard and fast number. I've heard things like ~150 games or 6 months, but those aren't official.
It actually depends on how well you behave. Could be as short as a month or two.
There is no specific answer for this, as it depends entirely on you; to drop a punishment tier you must play games and show you've reformed your behavior by not being negative. On average it takes around 3 months for a player to drop a punishment tier, but if you're being negative in your games or not playing much it can take much longer, and conversely if you play a lot and are a positive player it won't take that long.
Yea, I got suspended lately too. practically for a silly reason. Me and my 4 friends were in a skype call and we allways keep it fun for everyone, but we got one raging teammate because we prefered to not gank him as the jgl, cause his lane was lost already. So he didn't liked us, but we ignored him. And kept having fun on the skype call, my friends always like to say silly things to each other in the chat while others are watching it. most of the time it creates hilarious moments and is gold to watch, so at the end we all said something like: kys, hahaha, ggwp guyzz... And a day later me and all my friends were suspended for these 4 messages hahaha, bit our own fault but if riot watched the whole game they could see it was all fun and no offense, the one teammate we had got us good, I give him that, but it sucks We do not get the honor rewards cause we where all honor 5 or 4. And we are allways very funn players to have, and I individually always try to keep the team together cause it is a team-esport after all... Riot did what it had to do And I like their work but for us it sucks haha, and they didn't want to make and exception for us. too bad sarcasm is hard to read in a blanc text.
But getting honor levels isnt a case of being honorfull, I see so much lvl 5's who are just complaining and flaming all game long. So the levels aren't a good indicator yet. Maybe room for improvement riot? I hope so. Have fun on the rift!

Thanx guys ^_^, rly appreciate the feed back. I would like to know 1 more thing tho, I got my End of season rewards already, like the boarder, skin, icons, etc. I got this bann after i got the rewards, will my rewards drop? Or will it stay on my acc?
