FED UP WITH BOL INJECTION

I am so sick and tired of people using scripts to win. Ever since the new patch (6.23) and the fact that players have to do their preseason placements, many ranked players are practicing up their skills, especially due to the changes to some champs, by practicing in normal games. However, it seems to me that many "ranked" players, who use scripts, are, iunno getting tired of practicing and just using their scripts in norms for fun. I play a lot of normal games because I am a bronze rank and i definitely need to get better. And i can say, i have never seen more use of scripts then during preseason placements when alot of ranked players decide to play normal games instead of ranked games until they feel ready to tackle their preseason placements. The question is, if i can clearly see this is happening, one, why doesn't other league players notice and report, and two, why doesn't riot notice and do something about it. I am so frustrated with riot and league of legends that I want to leave the game completely. How can this game be one of the number one games played in the world and have so many cheaters. Or perhaps it's because it gives you the ability to cheat that makes it so popular and not the fact that people of actual integrity have climbed the ladder of true skill and status for something to be truly proud of. Whatever reason, I know that if software engineers wanted to they could develop software to block all BOL injections and the like. To me, its all a matter of the fact that riot doesn't want to spend the money. I am furious at the lack of focus around the scope of this issue being that it is, well, huge. Please comment, if we can get as many people as possible willing to speak up, maybe something will change. I love this game, but only if it's a fair playing field for people to be able to climb the ranks in skill and status. If not, I will not resort to spending $10 a month to hold space bar!
