So I was banned for scripting/botting/using third party software...

And I've never once done anything against the terms of use in this game. I have opened a ticket and spoken to some support members and all they have said is they have seen that i have broken the rules and my ban stands but they cant tell me why or what i did. I don't even play this game for rating or anything like that i just play normal's with some of my friends. How can i go about trying to get justice in this situation? Im a 27 year old with 2 kids and one on the way. I have a full time job, i know im not gonna be a pro lol player or even a diamond player. I 100% play this game to relieve stress. This just blows my mind.
