Connection Issue put me to that lower priority queue

About 2 hours ago, I was trying to fix my high ping by restart my modem, but after I restart it, I even lose the internet connection, during the game I complained my internet issue and other guys replied it, but after the game I still get report because this problem make them lose the game, but no one afk, I cant accept this result, I need to get the normal queue.
