8 game chat restrict after season ended
i ended up getting 8 game chat restrict after the season ended like 6+ hours after, and im almost finish the 8 games, am i still eligible for ranked rewards?

If this was after the season ended, then you should still be eligible for the end of season rewards. Riot essentially takes a snapshot of where everyone is at the moment the season ends (November 8 at 00:01), so if you were eligible at that time then you should be good.
The only exception to this is if you were banned for MMR boosting, but that's not the case for you.
