i started a game and i tried to connect to game but it always say im not connected to internet but i am connected and all the programs working with internet just league cant launch sry for bad english

Well then thats not - for no reason, you left the game/couldnt connect to the game (unintentionally) which hurts games. You wasted ~10 minutes (2 queue, 4 champion select/ban, ~1 min loading sceen, 3 min till remake vote) of 9 others time, 90 minutes gone because of one person. Which really hurts the community, even if you didn't mean for it to happen.
