Hi, Im curently Gold 4 on my account but i have a good question, how this champion select get empruved and why is still sux, i get in team only flamers from champion select, i play 10+ games/day, and i have in past few days only negative attitude about this, i only get into my team low Silvers 4,5 sometimes 3 maybe.... and enemy team is fulll of Gold 4,3,2 and i got a bunch of loses, and if i dodge all this game i get baned for not playing... HOW is this an empruve?? Why i get only to play with silvers vs high gold, after i check few games on op.gg my team was solo que broonz 3,2 and enemy was plat or gold as solo que... how to win a game when all my lanes feed, i know badluck... maybe.. but com on guys !! why ALLWAYS badluck?? I really deserv an answer ! So RITO PLS !!

First of all, you are not Gold in soloq. You are Gold 4 in Flex. Those 2 queues have different MMR. When you play Flex and you look up people, you only see their soloq mmr (gold/plat), but their Flex mmr is the same Gold 4-ish as you. The system is matching you with people of the same Flex MMR as you when you play Flex queue. I don't see why it is unfair. Just like when playing Normal queue, normal has its own mmr separate from soloq mmr and so a bronze can be matched with/against diamonds if their normal mmr is about the same.

Also, from what I see on your profile, you play Flex ranked as pre-made 5 mostly. The system will be a little bit biased against you because it assumes you have advantage in communications with your team vs 5 solos so it will matched you with a group that is slightly higher mmr than your group to compensate unless you are matched with another pre-made 5.

TL:DR - You can using your Flex "Gold 4" mmr to complain being match with plat/gold SoloQ mmr when you are playing mostly as pre-made 5. When you look them up, make sure you are comparing your Flex "Gold 4" vs their Flex mmr, not soloq mmr.
